Superb. If you’re looking for a gentle, compassionate dentist, Dr. Paulin Is the absolute best in Lancaster. I have always suffered with extreme anxiety with dentists - no longer! Dr. Paulin will explain the procedure and talk to me through fillings and crowns, telling what I should expect to feel in and out of the chair, complete with a follow up phone call. You cannot find a nicer, more meticulous dentist out there.

I had not been at Paulin Dentistry since before COVID in 2020, because of dental fear. I finally got the courage to go and went in late 2025 and there was no judgement or lectures. Every staff member was very professional, gentle and kind.

Michelle was the best! This was the most amazing experience I’ve had in regards to getting my teeth cleaned. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing in detail. She didn’t make me feel like anything wrong with my teeth was my fault as she was very kind and personable. I hope I get scheduled with her again!

Always a good experience when my family gets their teeth worked on here. The front desk is super friendly and incredibly helpful. The hygienist that spend their time chatting with my kids or me are very personable and funny and kind and relatable and we just love them. Dr. Paulin always has good feedback and a friendly but professional disposition. We love going to the dentist!♥️

I have been going to Dr. Paulin for years. He has a very quiet but friendly and pleasant demeanor. The hygienists there are thorough and a pleasure to work with. The office staff is accommodating and efficient. I look forward to going and having my teeth cleaned. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
